2. The service
Cursiply provides a free browser-based tool that converts user-entered text into decorative Unicode character styles. We may change, add, suspend or remove features as the website develops. Availability isn't guaranteed at all times.
3. Permitted use
You may use the tools for lawful personal or business activities. You are responsible for the text you enter, copy and publish, including any third-party rights or rules that apply on the platform where you paste it. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, misuse or gain unauthorized access to our website or hosting services.
4. Results and compatibility
Generated results consist of Unicode characters, not installable font files. Results may be displayed, read, indexed or restricted differently across devices and third-party services. Verify the output before using it for something important. We do not guarantee that a particular style will work in every app or be accessible to every reader.
5. Intellectual property
The Cursiply name, website design, original explanatory content and site code may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain responsibility for the words and content you supply. Unicode characters themselves are part of a widely used text standard; output from the generator doesn't grant you rights to someone else's trademarks, text or content.
6. External services
Some pages may link to external websites for information or documentation. Those websites have their own content, privacy policies and terms. We do not control their operation.
7. No warranties
The website and tools are offered on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent allowed by applicable law. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the service but cannot warrant that it will always be uninterrupted, fully compatible, free from errors or suitable for any specific purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cursiply is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing here excludes a liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms over time. Any updated version will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
