What are copy-and-paste cursive fonts?
The cursive letters here are Unicode text characters, not handwriting font files. When you type regular letters, Cursiply substitutes similar script or italic characters where Unicode provides them. You can copy the output as text and try pasting it into captions, bios and messages.
Try Script for a gentle handwritten feel, Bold Script for stronger letterforms, or a lighter italic variation for a short label. The exact appearance depends on the device and app that displays the characters.
Keep important information—addresses, instructions and contact details—in ordinary text. Decorative characters can be difficult for assistive technology to read and may not be accepted in account names or forms.
Frequently asked questions
Can I paste cursive text into Instagram?
Often, yes, for captions or bios that accept the characters. Some fields limit special symbols or change their appearance, so test the result in the exact field before saving.
Is this a cursive font download?
No. These are copy-and-paste Unicode characters, not downloadable .ttf or .otf font files.
Why do some numbers stay normal?
The Unicode script alphabets do not include a complete matching set of cursive digits, so regular numbers and punctuation are preserved.
Does Cursiply store what I type?
No. The conversion runs locally in your browser without sending your text to Cursiply.
