1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes Cursiply (the “website,” “we,” or “us”) at cursiply.com. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@cursiply.com.
2. The text you generate
Text entered in the fancy text generator is processed in your browser with JavaScript. Our website does not intentionally send your typed text to a Cursiply server, save it in a user account, or include it in a URL. Copying a result places it on your device clipboard through your browser. The app where you paste it may have its own privacy practices.
3. Browser storage
If you choose to save favorite styles, your browser may store the style identifiers in local storage on your device. We use this only to remember which style names you've marked as favorites. We do not store the words you type in local storage. You can remove this preference by unmarking favorites or clearing this site's browser storage.
4. Technical data from hosting
Like most websites, the hosting and security provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, timestamps and security signals to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and maintain network reliability. Such data is handled under that provider's policies and retention practices. We do not currently operate a separate visitor-account database.
5. Contact emails
If you email us, your email provider and ours will process the address, message and any information you choose to include. We use the message to respond, investigate the issue or handle a request. Please avoid sending sensitive information. We keep correspondence only as reasonably needed for these purposes or any applicable legal obligations.
6. Analytics, advertising and cookies
At the initial launch, Cursiply does not include an advertising network script, a separate audience-tracking analytics script or marketing cookies. Browser storage used for favorite style preferences is described above. If we introduce Google AdSense or analytics, we will update this policy and implement applicable disclosure and consent controls before enabling them. Advertising partners may use cookies or other identifiers to provide and measure ads, subject to their own policies.

7. Sharing and third-party services
We do not sell the text you generate. We may rely on hosting, network protection and email providers to operate the site. These providers may handle necessary service data as described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the website and its users.
8. International visitors and your choices
You can use the generator without creating an account. You can clear locally saved style preferences using your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights including access, correction, deletion or objection for personal data that we control. Email us with a request and your country or region so we can respond appropriately. We may need reasonable information to verify a request.
9. Children
Cursiply is a general-audience utility and isn't designed to collect information from children. We don't knowingly create personal profiles of children or offer user accounts.
10. Updates
We may revise this policy if our features, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when revisions are made. Please review this page periodically.
